HOW TO Order:
1/ Please be mindful of your picture proportions and the canvas dimensions while ordering. If you want to crop a picture in a particular way, please email your cropping to hiyo@wickedyo.com, specifying order number. If you don't specify a cropping, we will adjust the cropping of the picture keeping in mind the canvas size ordered. Take a look at the square and vertical cropping shown as examples.
2/ Email your best jpeg of your picture to hiyo@wickedyo.com quoting the order number. We will make the picture "high resolution" for printing. In case the picture is not of suitable quality, for the size ordered, we will inform you.
3/ RETURNS/ REFUNDS: Please note that we will not be able to take returns and there will be be no refunds for Custom/Personalized products such as this. The only exception to this is if there is any defect in the printing or reproduction. In this case, we will need pictures to establish this.
Shipping Time frame: WickedYo curates products from Makers spread all over the world. Each product will be shipped directly from the source market to the buyer.
