WickedYo Return/Refund Policy

Please NOTE that we DO NOT take returns on Custom-Made or Made-to-Order Products and Jewelry [for health/hygiene reasons].

For all other products we do take returns, and this is governed by the following:

Our assurance to you as our well-wisher and buyer: we will only sell those products that authentically represent the description and photographs/video presented. And we will only sell those that are 100% of good quality. That is a WickedYo assurance.

In everyday life we are consumers, just like you. So, we will never lead anyone to believing anything by misrepresenting things. And the Makers we have selected also echo this principle.

So, what leaves WickedYo and our Makers are pieces of craftsmanship which are 100% of good quality.

If you do have a clear reason for the return, please state it and please reach out to us [within five days from the date of delivery] and we will handle such cases in an amicable manner. Email us at: hiyo@wickedyo.com with all the details and pictures if needed to demonstrate any fault. We will revert with the mailing address to ship back the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

On items being returned, we are sure you understand, that the product should be unused and must be in the same pristine condition it was, when we shipped it out to you, with tags and in the original packaging.

All return shipping cost will need to be borne by the customer and in the interest of ensuring a safe return, we would advise you to insure and track the package. And please ship it out as soon as possible but no later than a week after receipt of the shipping address.

We will respond within TWO days of the receipt of package, after checking the contents, with the clearance and will then issue the refund.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
