CORPORATE GIFT CARD: Guidelines/ Terms applicable to WickedYo’s #sliceofjoy Gift Card
1/ Corporate: This is the" No Worries" gift card- just place the order and WickedYo will take care of the rest. Companies/ Team Leaders planning to reward their members can purchase the cards in bulk by adding their choice of Cards- 10, 20, 100, 220.....whatever number they need, to the cart like any other online order. Once payment is made at the checkout, you will get an email confirming the order. [Check out Point 4 for the easy Process that follows]
2/ This #SliceOfJoy Holiday Gift Card entitles the recipient to their choice of WickedYo’s Gifts at wickedyo.com for the total value indicated in the Gift Card Code Email. The recipient will get a Unique, Confidential Digital Gift Code which is to be used at the WickedYo checkout. When the code is used it will deduct the value of the card from her total order at the checkout. If the total value of the order is more than the value of the card, only the balance needs to be paid.
3/ Whoever gets the Gift Card can decide to pick ANY of the WickedYo products. If the price of the product/s or their total value of the order is more than the value/balance of their card, the excess amount is payable by them.
4/ The Process: Once a company places the order on www.wickedyo.com they will receive a confirmatory email for the order placed. If, let’s say, a company places an order for 100 cards, upon receiving the confirmatory email, the company will need to email an Excel sheet with the recipients’ First Name, Last Name and Email ID to hiyo@wickedyo.com quoting the Order Number. [We DON'T need addresses. The address for delivery of products to recipients will be given by the recipients when they use the Gift Code]
WickedYo’s Response Team will send each recipient TWO emails: [i] Gift Announcer Mail: The first will be the Personalized Gift Card email with each recipient’s name and the company sign-off, as shown in the prototype Joyce/One World Payments Card, announcing the Gift [ii] Gift Code Mail: Following the first email, the second email will contain the Unique Confidential Digital Gift Code to be used by each recipient. The code will be unique to EACH recipient and is to be kept confidential as it is ‘as-good-as-cash’ for any WickedYo transaction.
Once the 100 x2 recipient emails are sent out, the company will receive an Order Completed email. Please note that the individual Recipient Gift Codes, given the confidential nature of the codes, will be shared with ONLY the recipient.
5/ NO Returns or Refunds:
Once a Gift Card order is completed the Unique Confidential Digital Gift Codes are automatically generated and HAVE to be honored by WickedYo. As soon as the company provides the list of recipient email IDs, the two emails described in /Point 4/ will be emailed out. The code will be unique to EACH recipient and is to be kept confidential as it is ‘as-good-as-cash’ for any WickedYo transaction. Gift Cards CANNOT be returned or refunded. The gift cards have no additional processing fees.
5/ The recipient of the Gift Card is responsible for the safekeeping of the Unique Code. If anyone else gets access to the Unique Code they can redeem the value of a gift card by entering it at checkout.
6/ The value of the gift card can be spent over more than one order. However, to get maximum value and benefit, ideally the gift card should be used in one single purchase.
7/ Gift card values/balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping, depending on the product, the country where the purchase is made and the shipping address given by the recipient.. If there are any valid custom duties to be paid, depending on the regulations pertaining to their country of residence, that will have to borne by the recipient when they receive their package.
